Your order will be processed within 3-5 days from our Barcelona workshop. It will then be posted with Correos España standard post unless a faster postal service is selected at the checkout. See the ‘Ordering’ section of the Buying Guide for more information.

You can return your order within 14 days for a refund or exchange, however this does not apply to made-to-order pieces, custom sizes and earrings.
Your jewellery comes with a two year warranty as well as a complimentary repair and reconditioning service. Your warranty does not include broken gemstones from wear and tear or accidental damage.
